Sophie Butler - Receptionist

I’m Sophie, one of Oakmead’s newest members. I joined during the start of the pandemic in 2020, whilst furloughed from my full time role as Cabin Crew.

These days you’ll find me either on reception, helping co-ordinate the day to day running of the practice - greeting patients and assisting telephone enquires. Or you may see me in the surgery, where I’m currently training as a Dental Nurse.

I’ve been welcomed into the Oakmead family in the best way possible and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunities it has given me. I have since been fortunate to return back to flying on a part time basis, enabling me to work flexibly at the dentist which is a huge privilege.

I look forward to many years to come, as a qualified Dental Nurse and all round helping hand to the practice.
